Web Designer

OMP is looking for a web designer to help us design a variety of online creative for our clients including campaign micro-sites, landing pages, optimization of exciting sites, email creative, online banner ads, and assist with online video production.

Job Summary
Do you enjoy building Flash? Are you able to give and take creative direction? Are you a fast, but precise worker? If you can brainstorm ideas—and implement them—for state-of-the-art websites, attention-grabbing print ads and cutting-edge online advertisements, send us a snapshot of where you have been, and what you have done, and provide us with a sampling of your proudest accomplishments.

Skills:

• 2 to 5 years experience in the following: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, ActionScript 2, HTML, xHTML,
• Knowledge of Adobe® Photoshop® and Illustrator®, Dreamweaver, Flash, and assorted video editing programs is helpful.
• Understanding of web design principles, information architecture, navigation, content presentation and usability is essential.
• Staying current on changing design technology and best practices
• Collaborating with all colleagues in multiple departments
• Integrating creative assets, including audio and video
• Understanding of SEO principles is desired.

• Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and flexibility.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
